• Download the Registration Form 2017 from the bottom of this page.  We need to be able to read your form!  For this reason, please write legibly and do not minimize the form.  If we cannot read your form, it will delay your registration. Complete all areas, especially the email address.  Please be sure to give us a correct, clearly written email address that you check often. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT OR YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE INFORMATION FROM US!  
  • If you wish to cheer for a sibling/friend, please fill out his school/grade for this fall correctly on the form.    
  • If you are a 1st year participant, please include a copy of your daughter’s birth certificate.  We will shred this document appropriately after we have completed registration.  Your daughter must be 6 years old by September 1, 2017 and entering 1st grade in the fall to participate - no exceptions.  Registrations will not be completed without this document. 
  • Please read the NPC Code of Conduct. Your signature on the registration form indicates that you have read and agree to these terms.
  • Unless the registrations are for siblings, each registration must be mailed in a separate envelope.
  • MAIL all completed documents along with a check for registration in the amount of $85 to: Naperville Pom & Cheer, P.O. Box 838, Naperville, Illinois 60566.  We will not accept any scanned or emailed documents nor do we have an office to which documents can be hand-delivered. All required documentation must be received to complete your registration.  Unfortunately, we cannot reserve a spot for you if you do not mail in all documentation and/or payment.
  • Registration fee includes registration, camp participation, camp t-shirt, trophy and poms.  It does not include the price of uniform and shipping which is $86.00.  Uniforms need to be ordered separately.     

After we receive your signed registration form, birth certificate (if necessary), and check, you will receive a confirmation email with additional information about registering for the Member Login on our website and for ordering your uniform/spirit wear.  Please allow 2 weeks for confirmation.  If you do not receive the email, please check your spam file.  We send out the emails as mass, some servers will automatically put those in your spam file.  IF you still have problems, email 

Please do not form a squad! There are many components that determine how squads are assembled. Please read the "About NPC" tab of this website to learn more about squad formation.  Registrations will be returned if they are sent in as a group.

icon NPC Refund Request

Last day for full refunds is August 4th.  From August 4th to August 25th, a $36 pom re-stocking fee will be subtracted from refund.  All eligible refund forms must be received by August 25th.  No refunds after August 25th.  Refunds will be processed at the end of September.
